Nitto was founded in 1923 in Tokyo, Japan and is a Japanese manufacturer of bicycle components such as handlebars, stems, and seat posts. For some time now, Nitto has also been manufacturing other bicycle components such as bicycle racks. Various Nitto components are certified for track cycling races, and the company was one of the first to outfit the Japanese Keirin races.
Description
The NR-21 is intended to provide bag support on 26" wheeled bikes with cantilever or V-mounts - especially handy for riders of shorter stature whose seat post may not hoist the bag sufficiently to prevent rubbing on the tyre.
It is perfect for a trusty school rough-stuff tourer.

Made of tubular steel for an unbeatable strength to weight ratio this is not only functional but beautiful.
Includes canti stud mounting bolts
Rear Canti/V-brake mount only - With a threaded bar for the brake bridge. If your brake bridge is threaded, this rack will not work.
26" wheels only, but may fit certain 650b, 27 x 1-1/4 and older 700c frames.
Comes with mount bolts.
Platform size - 35mm x 110mm. Tombstone - 70mm.
